Sharepoint Developer

Full-time Houston TX $130 - $180K Based on Experience

Prominent, Global Technology Company in Houston is seeking a SharePoint Developer with a high emphasis on SharePoint 2013 SharePoint 2010 MOSS 2007 and Office 365 SharePoint Online.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties: Working within an Agile team to develop, test, and maintain applications in the Digital Insight portfolio.

Participate in the collection and documentation of users requirements.

Take requirements and create a technical design and implement the design given the 365 Platform and its capabilities.

Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget.

Experience and Competencies:

Candidate should have experience migrating/moving SharePoint databases (including configuration database, content database, search database, SSPs, etc.) from one database server to another without even touching the SharePoint central administration without even running SharePoint configuration wizard

Experienced in the architecting/designing and developing of large complex applications and services using Microsoft SharePoint (SharePoint 2013, SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2010, 2007,) and Microsoft .NET technologies

Candidate must have strong experience with Microsoft SharePoint Technologies (SharePoint 2013SharePoint 2010MOSS 2007 and Office 365SharePoint Online

Solid experience in migrating highly complex and large sites, worklists and PowerPivot reports consisting of multiple data sources to SharePoint online and Power BI

Expertise in setting up SharePoint farm and configuration of services on SharePoint 2016 platform

Experience of working with Hybrid SharePoint farm

Expertise on storage analysis, feature compatibility, farm capacity planning, scalability and auditing

Experience in the field of Development, Design and Web Applications using Microsoft Technologies (C#.Net, ADO.Net, ASP.Net, and Sharepoint)

Experienced in Asp.Net(C#.Net), SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2013, SharePoint 2010 and SharePoint Designer.

Experienced in Power BI, PowerApps, MS Flow & Office 365 features.

Experience in client-side programming using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery

Expertise in developing custom Web Parts.

Experience in developing workflows via SharePoint Designer

Good Knowledge on admin level activities like power shell, Search service application, Business data connections, Security patches installations, SharePoint Farm setup.

Experience working in responsive web design using Bootstrap Framework
