Full-time Houston TX or Remote $85 - $105K Based on Experience.

Human Resource Manager is responsible for the overall management of HR services and programs within Product & Logistics Services.
He or she is also responsible for the implementation of policies and standards, employee progression and development, compensation and benefits strategies, recruiting strategy, and employee motivation.
HR Manager is responsible for monitoring the development and retention of all employees within the department.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Responsible for internal communication to improve awareness and motivation of employees.
Dedicates face-time to ensure employee support through interaction and feedback.
Regularly conducts employee presentations and round-tables and ensures appropriate follow-up as necessary.
Supports performance management and employee development through performance appraisals, career planning, job descriptions, high value exercise, promotions, and recognition/reward programs.
Develops and monitors recruiting and staffing plans to meet technical and business requirements.
Develops and manages Technology training programs in building competencies and developing talent.
Develops and manages succession plans and implements programs that ensure employee development.
Manages the transfer of key personnel to ensure adequate exchange and development of expertise.
Understands and upholds local compliance to Employment Law, Works Councils, and Union agreements.
Responsible for localized compensation and benefits strategy and recommends changes to ensure competitive compensation practices and a motivated workforce.
Coordinates and oversees deportment social and team-building events.
Meets with management on a regular basis to communicate issues and suggest improvements on current HR processes.
Provides guidance and coaching to management on HR principles and employee relations.
Provides expert domain knowledge to assist in responding to questions and queries.
Assists with the coaching and development of new team members.
Identifies and participates in continuous improvement initiatives.
Promotes privacy awareness, manages and oversees the deployment of Data Protection requirements and the Company's Privacy Strategy)
Qualifications and Experience
University Degree or equivalent
Minimum of 3-5 years Human Resource Management experience with a large company
Strong working knowledge of employment laws and regulations (ADA, EEO, FMLA)
Bachelor or Master Degree in Human Resource Management, Labor Relations and HR or Business related degrees.
