Responsibilities:



As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and growing a client base and new business opportunities, introducing our services via telephone and in-person meetings with new and existing clients to expand the utilization of our services.

Recruiting, evaluating and placing professionals in full-time positions with our clients.

Delivering outstanding customer service to both clients and potential candidates.

Providing consistent communication and career guidance to candidates.

You will be generating leads and market intelligence to enhance your new client development efforts.

You will maintain relationships with candidates to gain industry knowledge and obtain referrals and new business opportunities.

Account Manager functions as primary contact for our clients, responsible for creating the account plan and coordinating the approach and communication strategy.


Qualifications:

Must have a strong desire to build a career in business development.

Self-motivated individual who exhibits a sense of urgency in all sales and service related activities.

Exceptional communication, presentation, follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills.

Heavy emphasis on the ability to listen and present appropriate solutions.

Ability to establish and build relationships quickly within all levels of management at Allos Resources and within Client Account.

Ability to multi-task and persevere in a fast paced dynamic environment, while maintaining a sense of urgency.

Must be well organized to manage time, solve problems, develop plans, organize schedules, and prepare reports

Ability to interact with employees at all levels both internally and externally.

Ability to establish and manage client expectations.
